The game has two variations:
Public game, accessible to all visitors. Here the portraits are restricted mainly to persons born in the 19th century.
Unrestricted game for the members of the family association, where all portraits of the family register are used. (Use the same user id and password that are used when accessing the family register.)
Hints for the use:
If you have never played a memory game, its idea is to find a pair (identical picture) for an exposed tile (portrait). If not found, both last exposed tiles are turned face down, otherwise the tiles remain face up. When all 20 persons have been paired, the game ends.
If you have slow connection, loading of the tiles may take several minutes.
After having resolved the puzzle, you can click the Nimet (= Names) button to see the names and family ids of the portrayed persons.
If you want to print the pictures, click with the right mouse button the area immediately below the actual game board and choose Print from the pop-up menu that shows.
If you want to replay, you can change the portraits by clicking the Refresh button of the browser. The Uusi (= New) button within the game itself uses the same portraits but just arranges them in different order.
