The family register uses a portrait of 66x77 pixels in personal records, ancestor charts and family association member lists. The same image is also used in Do you remember Helmi memory game.
Please note that portraits of persons born in the 20th century or later as a rule are not public: the user must log on to the site with a user name and password to be able to see these images (this applies also to the memory game).
If you would like to send us a picture of yourself or your near relative, please do the following:
Find an appopriate photograph. Passport photo would be ideal but any other picture which can be easily cropped to a portrait will do.
If the picture is not digital already, you can send it in postal mail for scanning (address below). The picture can be in any format (print, slide, negative, etc.) The picture will be returned on request.
